Rose Muhando to perfom in Rwanda

One of the most loved gospel artists from Tanzania, Rose Muhando confirmed that she will perform in Rwanda on March 6, 2022, to grace the ‘Praise & Worship Live Concert’ at Rebero Canal Olympia complex.

Rose Muhando confirmed this with a post on her Instagram post where she said, “Dear Rwandans, get ready on 6th March. There at Kigali, in a very big event of Rwanda Gospel Stars Live. Don’t miss it!!!!!!”

As we learned from her social media platform and from the inside sources as well as media houses, this concert is being organized by Matts Rwanda services in partnership with Rwanda Gospel Music Union in away to celebrate the very first award-giving gala event to recognize the gospel artists who created some differences, dubbed ‘Rwanda Gospel Stars Live’.

As per Aimable Nzizera who is among the ones the idea came from, Rose Muhando is expected to deliver entertainment to the people who love the gospel. An aspect that the audience might have been missing a lot as well as some live concerts since there was the Covid-19 pandemic. As he told The New Times.

Rose Muhando who lastly performed in Rwanda in 2013 will be in Kigali two days prior to the event. She is expected to share the stage with the renowned gospel local artists; Aline Gahongayire, Tonzi,  Israel Mbonyi, Theo Bosebabireba, Gaby Kamanzi, James and Daniella just to mention a few.

Muhando has some hit songs like ‘Nibebe’, ‘Mteule Uwe Macho’, ‘Kitimutimu’, ‘Jipange Sawasawa’, ‘Nyota ya Ajabu’, ‘Utamu wa Yesu’, ‘Nampenda Yesu’ and some more.

Rwanda Gospel Stars Live was launched last year but had to be postponed due to covid-19 pandemic. It is expected to be a yearly event and this year 15 gospel artists are in it to showcase their respective projects. The top three winners who will be selected by the judges who got assigned recently will be rewarded accordingly.
