The concert of Israel Mbonyi in Belgium has been postponed due to low ticket sales, moving it from a large venue to a smaller one. Originally scheduled for July 8, 2024, the event was supposed to take place at Birmingham Palace, where Mbonyi performed last year.

The decision to change venues was prompted by the continued sluggish sales of tickets. Justin Karekezi, the head of Team Production organizing major concerts in Belgium, explained that they opted to downsize to a smaller venue due to the slow ticket sales. He noted that despite efforts, VIP tickets, which were initially priced higher, remained largely unsold, while regular tickets were selling at a slower rate.

The concert was initially planned to be held at a venue known as Docks or Dome Events Hall in the city of Brussels. However, due to the ongoing challenges with ticket sales, they made the decision to move to a smaller venue.

This setback comes after Mbonyi's successful concert in 2023, where he managed to attract a large audience, with VIP tickets selling out and regular tickets also in high demand.

Following the album's release, Gatete engaged in discussions with Paradise. Reflecting on her emotions after releasing the album on various digital platforms, she expressed, "I am extremely grateful to release my first album, I thank God for his covenant, I appreciate my family and close friends, I am grateful to my followers for their support and encouragement as they anticipate what I have to offer."

Responding to inquiries about why only two of her songs are available on YouTube, namely "Nzategereza" and "Umukunzi," Gatete stated, "My songs have begun to be available on major digital audio platforms because the audio had been prepared long before the performances. While I have uploaded videos everywhere, some, particularly on YouTube, are yet to be made available."

Following the success of the "Nzategereza Live Recording Concert," her fans continue to request more shows, eagerly anticipating future events. In response, Gatete stated, "We do not have specific concert details yet because we want to prioritize completing the album before planning any further events, which will be announced when the time is right." Sharon Gatete is a respected figure in the academic and musical circles, valued for her distinctive voice and profound lyrics.

She gained significant recognition with her song "Nzategereza," one of her masterpieces. Since her music career began, she organized the "Nzategereza Live Concert," featuring her latest songs and performances. This initiative followed her significant involvement in the Kingdom of God Ministries. In a conversation with Paradise, Gatete revealed that the inspiration behind "Nzategereza" stems from her deep reflections on her life journey and the empowerment she received to continue her path.

Looking ahead in her musical journey, this gospel artist expressed her desire to see her mother, a prominent choir singer, become her greatest supporter, inspired by her profound impact. Returning to her studies after completing her primary education, she emphasized the importance of continuing her education at the Music School on Nyundo Hill, known for nurturing musical talents, including Yverry, Igor Mabano, Ariel Ways, Kenny Sol, and others. Gatete expressed her ambition to pursue music studies at the university level in Kenya, with aspirations to earn a Doctorate (PhD) in the future. She expressed her desire to use her music to heal the sick, stating, "I want to be a musician who heals, not just through singing, but also as a music therapist and a music businesswoman."

This concert will feature his two new albums, "Nzakingura" and "Nyigisha," and will mark his return to the stage after a five-year break. Nkomezi hopes to not only showcase his new music but also reconnect with his fans.

The concert, scheduled for May 12, 2024, will also serve as a platform for fellow gospel musicians to join him in praising God. Nkomezi's albums, filled with uplifting songs inspired by his faith, reflect his passion for music and his desire to share it with others.

In the beginning of this month, Rene Patrick and Tracy, along with other artists, released their new song 'Niryubahwe'. The couple, known for their devotion to singing and praising God, wanted to start the month of February 2024 with a powerful hymn and they succeeded with this release.

According to Rene Patrick and Tracy, 'Niryubahwe' is another name for Jesus. In the lyrics, they sing about the grace and uniqueness of Jesus' name, stating that there is no other name on Earth or in Heaven that surpasses His grace. They believe that by emphasizing the name of Jesus, the song will bring blessings to the entire world.

The audio production of 'Niryubahwe' was handled by Sammy Pro, while Musinga directed the visuals and Brilliance edited the video, which was done in a live setting. This unique approach adds to the overall appeal of the song.

This is not the first collaboration for Rene Patrick and Tracy, as they previously released a song called 'Jehovah' in September 2023. The positive response to that song encouraged them to continue working together and creating gospel music.

Rene Patrick initially started his music career as a solo artist, but after two years of marriage, he joined forces with his wife Tracy Agasaro. Tracy, who previously worked as a radio journalist at Radio Rwanda (KC2), now not only continues her journalistic work but also collaborates with her husband in singing gospel songs.

The couple is part of a larger community of couples who sing gospel songs for worship and praise. Some of the other couples mentioned include Papi Claver and Dorcas, Ben and Chance, and James and Daniella.

In addition to 'Niryubahwe,' Rene Patrick and Tracy have worked on several other songs together, such as 'Arankunda' (Umunsi ku wundi), 'Ku bw’imbabazi zawe,' 'Ntuhinduka,' and 'Ni Byiza', among many others.

Overall, the release of 'Niryubahwe' showcases Rene Patrick and Tracy's commitment to their faith and their passion for praising God through music. As a couple, they have found success in working together and have gained recognition within the gospel music community.
